Hey ladies!
I started my girlie time on Saturday, so I had to give myself time to feel better before I could get a workout in.
Today I did 20 minutes of slow martial arts technique work, and 10 minutes ab work on my yoga ball. Very intense workout today!! *collapses in a limp heap*

I'm glad to see you back on here so regular!! (Not that I have been the most regular about posting or anything, it's just good to see you doing so well!)
i'm not feeling you, timpani, on the intense workouts being best, lol! at least not yet. ;)
and thanks renae! it's nice to be on here more regular too. cathartic! i'm learning to connect the emotions with the physical labor, and my oh my, it's niiiiiice. :D
