Oh my goodness, today was super hard for some reason. I blame it on the fact that, since today was the first day of school for Jonni, I got up at 7:30 AM for the first time in like a year. However, I did manage to improve some. I went from 10-12 mph to 12-14 mph, 5 min. sets to 6 min. sets, and 10 min. rests in between to 8 min. rests. I did a total of five sets, and so covered 5.2 miles. But oh my good golly heck, I'm bushed! This was by far and away the hardest workout so far. How was everyone else's Monday?

Getting up early is my least favorite part about school. I love the time alone with the Quis Bear though!
