Monday, biathlon: 5 mile run & 15 mile bike. Bad run, great bike.
Tuesday: Biked with the Zillas, two loops on the Whiteside hill. That's somewhere around 21 miles on the bike. Average speed 17.2 mph
Weighed 155 this morning. I just can't seem to stick to a diet.

Wow! You were in a biathlon and did something the very next day! I would be tempted to take a few days off ;) Are you sore? Sounds like fun though ;)
No, not especially sore. My crotchal area was complaining a bit about being on a bike 2 days in a row though.
