I went hiking with the kids yesterday. Holy freaking cow, the mosquitoes and the tics were out in force!! I had the willies all day after we got home. I made everyone do a thorough and invasive tic check, and Bruce cut the three youngest boys' hair to help. They were way over due too.
Today I ran the hill route in my neighborhood. 5.5 miles and 20 hills.

Hiking sounds fun! I will remember the bug spray if we go though ;) Yay for hitting those hills!
