So, I got a new dancing work out video. It's a lot of swing and ragtime, which I LOVE. I'm not sure I like it because they added a lot of stuff to make it more "cardio", which, really, it didn't need. So, I did two 15 minute work outs, but I spent a lot of time watching, since it was new, so probably a total of 20 minutes, or a bit less. I didn't do all the workouts they had on the video either, so maybe the next couple are better.

You know, I think the dancing workouts are the ones I have the least confidence with. Kickboxing is very familiar to me, and basic aerobics is just boring, but dancing is downright SCARY. Give a review when you've done this video a few times so I can see if I want to try it!
