I worked out at Curves. I worked both the machines and recovery stations pretty hard. I followed up with sixty crunches.
Breakfast: B-fast scramble: 2 eggs, potatoes, green peppers, onions w/cheyenne pepper, chili powder, red pepper flakes
Lunch: Lean Cuisine dinner
Snack: 1/2 roasted chicken Sub
Supper: 1/2 roasted chicken sub

Great to have you back, along with everyone else! Is Tuesday the magic exercise day?
No. I think it's Monday but everyone posts on Tuesday. lol.
We were swamped with Relief Society stuff last week. We organized visiting teaching, planning enrichment, had a stake RS presidency meeting, and I helped teach on Sunday too. Crazy busy! I only worked out twice.
My games back on though! :)
