Monday- Swimming 1 Hour (YAY MONDAY CONTINUED!)

I was totally dragging on the swimming tonight, and I barely got through the whole hour. I only swam freestyle for 20 minutes. I have been working pretty hard in the yard, so maybe my body just needed a slower swim workout this time.

yeah, don't sweat it. do what your body tells you, or you'll hurt yourself! good job toughing your way through!
