After a fun weekend outdoors I got back to Curves today. After finishing the Curves curcuit I worked on my abs. I love working out. I feel so good afterwards!
Breakfast: Cinnamon/Raisin Ezekiel toast w/ organic peanut butter, almonds, walnuts, flax, strawberries
Snacks: Trail Mix: nuts, dates, dried apricots, dried bananas, raisins
Lunch: Lean Cuisine meal
Snack: Curves protein shake
Dinner: Campbells Healthy Request Soup

Working out is a great high! How's the ab work going?
Yeah I like endorphins! I need them now and I find that I have to work out harder to get them. It's a good thing. :)
The ab work is going great. Lynette has a very specific workout designed that targets the minor muscle groups (if I understand it correctly)and it gets the upper & lower abs, glutes, hips and inner thighs. We're starting slowly and I add more every three days or so.
I can feel it and in just a week my clothes are fitting much better. Yay!
dana, you are seriously making me consider curves. i actually went to the website today.
Curves rocks! I can't believe how it's changing my body in such a short amount of time. I'm on my way there right now...
