I made it back up to 25 minutes of freestyle. Yay!
I am so sore from running yesterday. My thighs, mostly, making it really painful to sit down on the potty all day today. I also went on a field trip to the Pumpkin Farm that involved a lot of me walking around slightly bow legged.
Runners, please give me all the benefits of running to keep me motivated, and to make me want to try this again next week!

you sit on the tolet all day? well thats your problem right there. you should only get sore from running the first few times you run. especially once get up to 2 or 3 times a week. remember that, especially for women, running is great for simulating bone dincity.
I have no runner's advice for ya but I'm way excited that you're feeling it. Lynette the owner/personal trainer at Curves tells me that's a very good thing!
sorry, not a runner, so no advice. but i super proud of you!
Don't give up! I used to be one who said "Run?! Are you crazy? I can't run." I couldn't run to the end of the street. It gets easier, I promise. It is a hard thing to start, but just start where you are and don't feel like you need to apologize for that. I would advise you to only try to run for a couple of minutes at a time, or whatever you can do. Bruce's aunt started running a couple of years ago. She was not at all into exercising of any kind. She started out running for one minute. That's it, then she'd run for 1.5 minutes, then 2 and so on and so on. She now runs about 45 minutes. I don't know where you are fitness wise, so I don't know what to tell you to start with. I'd say run a minute or two, then walk for 5, then run, then walk, etc. Slowly build your way up. Just don't give up! It seems like running is a bit of a shock to your body, if you aren't used to it. Your body won't like it at first, but soon, it will learn how. Keep it up! You CAN do it. I know you can! Eventually you will enjoy it. And just think of how good you will feel about yourself!
