I spent the weekend hiking at Arches & Canyonlands National Parks. I'd say we hiked at least 10 miles with a few very steep inclines.
I ate great this weekend too so I feel great about my choices. Yay! :)

good for you! it's so hard to keep to healthy choices when you're out and about. way to show your steely inner core!
Hiking always makes me soooooo hungry. I'm glad you made good eating choices despite that.
We packed organic peanut butter, Ezekiel Break, trail mix, beef jerky, Kashi granola bars, etc...
Since the food we packed was healthy the food we ate was healthy.
That said we did eat out a few times. We had breakfast at Denny's, dinner at Pasta Jays, Sorbet at an ice cream place. Yet I ate slowly & stopped when I was full. I also made sure that I ate enough. It takes me a while to eat & I rarely finish my plate but hey that's what leftovers are for... :)
I had a problem getting enough water on the first day but I made up for it on the second. I didn't get too dehydrated which I'm prone to do.
i say it's not a good restaraunt unless you can have seconds the next day, lol! and yeah, it takes twenty minutes for your stomach to realize it's full, so if you can eat slowly, then you won't over eat. and you don't get that horrible over full feeling. ugh, i hate that.
I'll just say dido on my weekend!:) Although, you probably ate healthier....
What did you have that I didn't Lisa? I thought we ate the same things. Did ya'll go out for pizza while I was asleep? lol
