Still around..
OK, I haven't had a chance to change much of my workout. I'm still working out 30 minutes of cardio a day. I had intended to add the strength training too, but given the stress factor at work the last couple of weeks, there just hasn't been time. I just wanted to make an appearance! We are all doing so well! Great job everybody!!

I love cardio for the stress release and for the energy. Anything else is just bonus anyway ;)
oh, hooray! i was totally worried about you! i'm so glad you're still finding time to keep up with your workouts. i know work has been less than ideal for you here lately. keep it up, and don't worry about what you can't do; focus on maintaining what you can. and good job with sticking to it!
Anymore post workout run-ins with upper management? lol
