Monday

Becky & I worked hard at Curves. Those machines are rough when I work 'em the way they should be worked. Wow! I'm beat.

Breakfast: Quinoa w/ blueberries, peaches, almonds

Lunch: pot roast w/ carrots, potatoes, peppers, onions

Dinner: lasagna
