Monday JM Level 1 + Extras (35 minutes)

With 10 lb free weights.

Plus, an hour walking with the little kids in the double stroller. It makes my back feel so much better when I get to walk now! I will weigh myself on Saturday to see if any progress has been made on that front.

I did JM with the 10 lb weights and the extras with the 20 lb weights. It's been awhile, but it felt great.

For next time- work in more push ups.

ETA- Also walked while pushing the little kids in the double stroller for 45 minutes.

I woke up early too. I had to take yesterday off because of upper body pain. I'm guessing JM and swimming on Friday was the culprit.

Tuesday JM 30 Day Shred + Walking (90 minutes)

I did JM with 10 lb free weights and I walked for a little over an hour while pushing the double stroller. It was windy while I was walking so I think I got some resistance in there too. I think all this walking is helping my hip problems? Fingers crossed!

Monday Running 5 miles (65 minutes)

I wanted to do JM today, but I woke up with a wicked crick on the left side of my neck. Big E had to take off work because his grandma passed away today. I went for a run instead after he got back from comforting relatives. 3rd long run in 5 days! My hips are doing great, but my feet may never forgive me ;)

1 hour walking (total) while pushing a jogging stroller.

30 minutes lap swimming (20 laps). I mixed up freestyle and backstroke all over the place.

Thursday Running 5 miles (1 hour 5 minutes)

Good time for how slow I've been lately. Plus FIVE MILES BABY!

Tuesday Running 3 1/4 miles (39 minutes)

I might do the ex bike later. 

I wanted to replace my tub faucet today, but three different hardware stores last night did not carry the type of faucet needed for clawfoot bathtubs. Curses! 

Plus- walking while pushing the jogging stroller for an hour. It was too nice to stay inside!

Wednesday Running 3 miles (36 minutes)

My left hip made me go home after 3, although I wanted to run 4. I was up most of the night off and on too. T is weaning himself this week it seems. It's making me sad since he is my last baby :( Also, two weeks of dieting and not a single pound lost.

Monday Exercise Bike 30 minutes

I'm still trying to fit in at least one exercise bike session a week because it makes my knees feel so much better. I'm hoping to swim tomorrow too.

With 10 lb free weights. I skipped the extras at the end to ease back into strength workouts.
