 Pretty slow sprints on the cc trails due to mud/water. 

Also likely sanding again for several hours

 5 minute warm up, 20 minutes hill sprints, 10 minutes walking/cool down

 Skipped chess presses, abs, and yoga

Also- doing gardening stuff all day for YW activity

 

Monday- spent all day pulling up carpet

Tuesday- was very sick all day from what was in the nasty carpet, I assume

Sunday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 1/2 years)

 Added one legged hip thrusts with just a 20 lb weight (3 X10 on each side). Did everything else.

Also- spent 3 hours Thursday last week climbing rocks at Johnsons Shut Ins . We had to leave because my hands literally gave out. I would have stayed longer otherwise.

Also also- spent Friday putting two coats of paint on the bathroom- took about 3 hours total of painting? With 2 hours of drying time in between

Friday Power lifting/Bodyweight Training (45 minutes)

 Did back squats, bicep curls, front squats, military presses, sumo dead lifts, calf raises, dead lifts and three different kinds of push ups (30 total). Just wanted to get some lifting in before the end of the week since I only lifted once this week.

Friday Gi/Nogi Open Mat (90 minutes)

 We kept switching back and forth between gi and no gi
