Saturday Hill Sprints/HIIT (25 minutes)

Pretty lame hill sprints due to hard rolling earlier in the morning.

Saturday Open Mat (2 hours)

1 hour drilling arm bar from closed guard or am drag to back take. Sleeve grip, pull elbow back straight, grab collar deep and pull the elbow against the upper part of the arm, then go to "high guard" then both legs over the head- don't cross the ankles at this point.

1 hour drilling- rolled with WB 3 times (Black Belt), BB 3-4 times (caught BB in a crucifix for first time), and rolled with the twins. Caught NJr with ankle lock from him taking my back (triangling the foot). Caught Kody with that too on Thursday. Rolled with YH too.

Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (90 minutes)

Maybe longer, it seemed like closer to 2 hours.

Replaced front squats with single leg RDL because front squats seemed to make the hip issue worse.
