Thursday Lifting/Bodyweight training (2 hours)

 Skipped hand weights, pull ups, yoga and abs. Worked stair push ups in with the sumo dead lifts and calf raises circuit. 

 

Also- cleaning a rug outside for a long time

Wednesday Water Walking + Park walking (90 minutes)

 1 hour walking around a sculpture park and 30-40 minutes of water walking with a teenage girl on my back

Tuesday CC Trail Running (30 minutes + 15 minutes walking)

 Also- 4 hours at the zoo with the kids yesterday. I am dog tired

Sunday Gi and Nogi seminar (3 hours)

 Working russian tie to foot sweep to ankle pick or fireman's carry. Started out in gi and went to nogi. Gasan Rakhimov teaching the seminar. Worked with many different people. Did live rounds for the last 15 minutes or so.

Also- not much else due to being sick from plumbers glue

Left hip killing me for a few days, not sure what to do about that


Also- 2 hours gi training working on headlock to cradle

Friday Street Biking (40 minutes)

 down the road with the dome and then backup the road with Olin on it

got sunburn on my back, that sucked

Wednesday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 hours)

 Really out of it from having dental work done, but still pushed through

Added stair push ups with close arms (to work the forearms more) to the sumo dead lift/stair calf raises rotation

Tuesday Nogi (90 minutes)

 Mostly drilling, but like 15 minutes of positional sparring. 

Coyote sweep from 1/2 guard and other 1/2 guard sweeps

Also- 1 hour or more each day hiking while on vacation and trail running for 30 minutes one day in there too

 1 hour drilling back takes from turtle to collar choke or cradle, then 30 minutes rolling

Sunday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (90 minutes)

 Skipped push ups/pull ups and did light yoga and abs work

 

Friday- set up camp, did 5 hours of kayaking and about an hour of hiking and am still sore from those things. Also- took down camp on Saturday and put everything in the car (about an hour)
