Thursday Swimming 30 minutes

20 laps. Also- 2 hours yard work and playing with the kids in the pool after I swam.

Wed Strength Workout 45 minutes

Push ups, pull ups, squats, chair dips, hip thrusts, and dead lifts. I am up to 65 pounds for the squats, lifts, and thrusts.

Tuesday Swimming (44 minutes)

I swam a mile in 44 minutes (30 laps freestlyle and 5 laps backstroke). New record for me!

Monday Strength Workout 45 minutes

My strength workout keeps getting longer and longer! No running this week to give my right knee a break.

Friday Strength workout (35-40 minutes)

I had to break the workout up into 2 parts a few hours apart, but I don't think that matters as much with strength workouts?

Thursday Running (1 hour 5 minutes)

I'm hoping that was 5 miles.

Saturday Running (80 minutes)

I ran the paved trail for a little while (20 minutes) and then hit dirt (firm mud) after that. Nice cool breezes for a July run!

Friday Biking (65-70 minutes)

16 miles (on a mountain bike). I'm enjoying exploring the paved bike trails from E-ville to Granite City.
