Wednesday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (50 minutes)

With 4 kids on the SIUE Nature preserve hilly trail.

Tuesday Swimming (45 minutes)

1 mile (30 laps freestyle, 5 laps backstroke).

Monday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (55 minutes)

Remembered abs. Did bicep curls again (3X3 with 20 lb hand weight). 

Also- did two hours of shopping and putting away. Also also- most likely working on my car later.

Sprinted hills 4 times, walking in between. Did walking and then slower running to warm up. Walked to cool down.

Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (1 hour)

Remembered abs, did some yoga at the end. Under bar pull ups with legs up push ups. Alternated deadlifts and sumo dead lifts with 180 lb. Over bar pull ups with arms elevated push ups. Alternated squats and calf raises with 80 lbs on my back. Did hip thrusts with 80 lbs across my hips (from the ground). Ended with bicep curls with 20 lb weight (3 sets of three, each arm).

6 runs of 5 minutes each. Walking in between. Flat dirt trail (lots of leaves too).

Wednesday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (1 hour)

Skipped squats and calf raises to avoid further right hip issues. Did some abs and some yoga at the end to stretch out.

Wednesday HIIT Swimming Workout (25 minutes)

5 sprint laps, 5 back stroke laps, a couple warm up/cool down laps too.

Hoping to do a lifting workout later. We'll see.

Added bicep curls with a 20 lb hand weight (3X3 on each arm). Remembered abs, but had to top early on abs as my right hip is/was killing me. Not sure what the right hip issue is.

Monday Trail Running/HIIT Workout (35 minutes)

Warmed up with 15 minutes of slow walk/run intervals on the cross country trail. Ran hills 4 times for HIIT workout/hill sprints on the cross country trail hills.

Tuesday Trail Running HIIT workout (50 minutes)

Did FOUR five minute trail running intervals between 5-10 minute walking intervals. Then, discovered this great soft grassy hill on the cross country trail (which I knew was there, but forgot) that would be great for 1-2 minute HIIT intervals to get my HIIT workout in for the week. Did 4 HIIT intervals of 1-2 minutes each at the end of the workout.
