10 laps freestyle, 5 laps backstroke, 10 laps freestyle, 5 laps back stroke, 5 laps freestyle + 3 bonus laps with the kick board to cool down.

Tuesday Trail Running (45 minutes)

In the slipper slidey snow. It was fun, but my legs almost crapped out after 20 minutes. The runner's high kicked in eventually and the last past was fun though.

In the snow! Snow running was fun, but I felt yucky almost immediately afterwards. Stupid wisdom tooth extraction causing so much trouble!
