Saturday HIIT Workout/ Hill Sprints (30 minutes)

Only 6 hills this time due to over training the last few days

Saturday Open Mat (90 minutes)

 Worked on low single leg takedowns and did live wrestling from that position. Got knee stomped by Q, we'll see how that heals

Friday Swimming/HIIT Workout (30 minutes)

 8 HIIT/Sprint laps and 8 backstroke laps. Also 20-30 minutes playing with kids in the pool after wards

Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 hours)

 skipped chest presses, pull ups, and push ups because I'm swimming later and don't want to burn out my upper body

Tuesday 10thP JJ (90 minutes)

 1 hour drilling, arm bar from back control, arm bar from guard, to switch legs arm bar on other arm, then the barato plata from closed guard as well. Also- when you get the arm bar from back control, but they catch your foot, so you hop over on to your own foot to go to 4-11. Also- 4 rolls with Blake, James, and Dwight (twice) 

Also- ONE HOUR OF BIG SHOVEL YARD WORK

Monday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (1 hour)

 Fast and skipped abs, yoga, and push ups, pull ups

Saturday Open Mat (2 hours)

 Did 3 live rounds of 5 minutes each, mostly drilled leg locks. DOA- grab under the knee to switch to knee bar, or switch to knee reap, remember Silverado move from knee reap or DOA.

Thursday Swimming/HIIT workout (35 minutes)

 8 HIIT laps alternated with 8 backstroke laps. Breast stroke to warm up and cool down

Also- raked leaves for about an hour last night with church group

Wednesday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 hours)

 skipped hip thrusts due to stomach pain/soreness 

Pulled up the upstairs toilet to fix a clog and install a new extended flange to help gap the area between the toilet flange and the drain pipe in the floor/ceiling. The whole thing took 3 hours with lots of heavy lifting mixed with arm work. Was too sore to workout Monday night and Tuesday after all that.

Friday Lfiting/Bodyweight Training (2 hours)

 Did sumo dead lifts (130lbs), calf raises, back squats (170lbs), arm curls with curling bar (70lbs), military presses and front squats (70 lbs), bicep curls, forearm curls, shoulder presses (all with 20 lb hand weights), hip thrusts (didn't hurt as much this time?) 130 lbs, and Single leg romanian dead lifts with 30 lb bar (3 sets of 10 on each leg) plus yoga at the end. Skipped pulls ups/push up due to right shoulder pain.

 Skipped chest presses and pull ups/push ups, added back in glute bridges with 120lb bar

Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2+ hours)

 A little over 2 hours. Back up to 170 lbs for back squats and added back in bicep curls with the 70lb curling bar to alternate with the back squats. I kept single leg romanian dead lifts as I am seeing results very quickly with those. Keeping hack squats out permanently though. Still have not added back in regular dead lifts or chest presses, but will soon.

Wednesday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 hours)

 Back up to 120lbs for back squats (from 70 lbs for the last two weeks). Skipped hack squats because of that. Skipped pull ups/push ups because I added lunges with my bicep curls (with forearm curls and shoulder presses in between)

Tuesday Trail Running (30 minutes)

 30 minutes running, probably 15-20 minutes walking #4 trail
