Thursday Swimming Sprint Laps/HIIT Workout (30 minutes)

6 sprint laps freestyle, 6 laps back stroke rest laps (plus 5-6 laps cool down?). The HIIT workout took a little over 20 minutes, then cool down laps to make a solid 30.

Did all the stuff and then cleaned out a very clogged vacuum cleaner right after that. Also- been separating the sumo dead lifts and hip thrusts at the end and it goes much better that way (instead of alternating them like most of my other heavy lifts)
