Wednesday Biking (70 minutes)

 My back was really hurting from teaching kindergarten all day and running around PE with the class to boot, but I did not want to take a rest day from exercise, so I opted for biking. My va$ hurts now, but it was a good ride. I need a short bike though :P Getting off and on 12 times to cross the bridges and roads is death defying.

Tuesday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 1/2 hours)

 I skipped the regular dead lifts and switched them out with good mornings (which I have never done before). 

 

Also, wrestled with autistic kindergarten kid all day.

Monday BJJ GI Class (2 hours)

1 hour drilling- push with hard things (like knees, elbows, feet) and pull with soft things (like muscles). Passing guard, getting two grips, being aware of "wrong side" guard passing for left hand people.

Fridauy Swimming HIIT Workout (30 minutes)

 8 Sprint freestyle laps alternated with 8 backstroke laps. 

Also, dived off board with kids several times

Also had the hottest Indian guy I've ever seen check me out at the local college pool where we ended up having to swim since our pool was closed for renovations :0

Thursday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (90 minutes)

 Skipped dead lifts and put pull ups/pushups/and calf raises together instead. My left mid back was really hurting and I was afraid to do dead lifts. Also did light lifts first just to mix things up. Skipped abs and yoga because I am exhausted from being on my feet teaching kindergarten all day.

 Just did main big lifts because I was on my feet a lot today and I'm freaking sore from everything I've been doing the last few days 

(dead lifts, sumo dead lifts, calf raises, stair push ups, back squats, bicep curls, military presses, and front squats)
