Plus, 10-15 minutes of walking. Paved trail, gravel, and then grass.Hot and MUGGY. It was just too  muddy for the dirt trail.

More like just running faster than usual for 5 minutes, with 5 minutes of walking in between. Did the 5 minutes of running faster three times.

plus 2 hours of lawnmowing.

Some ab work at the end, side and front leg lifts. My legs are hurting from the sprints yesterday. Also, 3 hours of yard sales with the 3 yr old.

Thursday Sprints/Walking (45 minutes)

Four 2 minute sprints and Two 1 minute sprints. 4-6 minutes of walking between sprints.

Wed Strength Workout (45-50 minutes)

plus, an hour of yard work
