Monday Nogi Open Mat (1 hour 10 minutes)

 Probably one hour of rolling 10 minutes drilling inside wrist control to mills half nelson, then to pin. Also drilled a bit of the achilles triangle set up from gift wrap. Rolled with BB, BH, and ZK.

 30 minutes drilling closed guard breaks and 30 minutes positional sparring from closed guard, turtle with one leg in, and leg drag (with one knee between their legs and they had one arm stiff arming with a collar grip).
