Wed Strength Workout (30 minutes)

Just did upper body, calf raises, and abs. Trying to take it easy on my knees because of last week's knee problem.

Also- 30 minutes taking down curtains and 90 minutes planting flower bulbs.

Plus, 3 hours of moving boxes and cleaning clutter out my my mom and brother's houses. I am super tired :P

skipped hack squats and regular squats, but remembered abs. Also- 2 hours of weeding.

Friday Strength Workout (50 minutes)

Added squats with 60 lbs and did hack squats with 60 lbs as well. Did dead lifts and sumo dead lifts with 120 lbs. Also- australian pull ups, push ups, chair dips, and calf raises.

Wednesday Strength workout (30 minutes)

Just upper body today as my left knee has been acting weird this week. Also, about two hours of moving boxes (including lots of stairs).

Tuesday Swimming (30 minutes)

25 laps. Plus, about an hour of moving boxes.

Also- cleaned in my mother's basement for about 2 hours. Yuck. I was sweaty by the end.

Not sure how long it actually was. Still up to 115 lbs for hack squats, dead lifts, and sumo dead lifts. Remembered abs and did forearm push ups as well. 

Also- an hour of yard work.

Saturday Trail Running (45 minutes)

On the cross country because the dirt trails were too muddy. The cross country trail just feels harder to run on and I usually don't run as long on it because of that.
