Thursday Bike + Running + Leg weights (50 minutes)

30 minutes on the bike, ran a mile, then did front, side, and back leg lifts with a 10 lb weight on the leg.

Wed Strength Workout (45 minutes)

I also dug a grave for my cat on Tuesday. That made today's strength workout harder, and I'm sore now.

Tuesday Exercise Bike + Running 45 minutes

30 minutes bike, 1 mile running with a few minutes of walking to cool down.

Monday Strength Workout 45 minutes

I've added in "harder push ups" for 4 out of the 8 sets of push ups. I put my feet up on two steps for those 4 sets to add more resistance. I'm still using the pull ups assist strap to do upright pull ups too. 8 sets of those as well. Plus, calf raises, chair dips, dead lifts, squats, and I added bench presses this week (160 lbs on that).

Friday Strength Workout (40 minutes?)

I'm not sure how long the workout was, but I forgot the 5 minutes of abs at the end.

Saturday Trail Running + Biking (40 minutes)

25 minutes bike, 15 minutes run. My right knee was not so much liking the regular bike or the trail running. I guess it will be exercise bike and running on pavement for a few more weeks then.

I did 30 minutes on the exercise bike and 1 mile running (13 minutes while pushing T in the jogging stroller). I'm hoping to get up to 3 miles again in the next 4 weeks to run the GOTR 5K with QQ.
