 1 hour 10 minutes drilling cradle to wrestling pin to collar choke to foot lock from cradle break defense. 30 minutes of rolling with 5-6 people (Summer, Keith, Mark, Louie, and Ryan M)

 Skipped pull ups and push ups due to ongoing shoulder issues

Had to skip exercise Thursday due to working all day at a preschool causing a nap right after school and then a  tornado hit and made conditions no good for running after the nap
