Tuesday Big Shovel Yard Work (2 hours)

 1 hour drilling foot locks from side control to leg up foot lock. Also drilled stripper pole knee bar from de la riva guard (when someone has you in de la riva).

Thursday Nogi BJJ (90 minutes)

 1 hour drilling from smashed down double unders with head pressure to arm tie up, to head twist thing (babcock tie and babcock tie throw?). Also, worked 1/2 butterfly to basing out, to 4-11 position

 

Also- taught self defense to the YW last night with WK as my "martial arts dummy"

 Still have a cold, but trying to work my way back. 

 

Also, only got 40 instead of 30 because I was going to try to rescue a dying baby racoon. It was bleeding from its eyes when I circled back though, so I knew it had end stage rabies
