Thursday Biking/Running (55 minutes)

50 minutes biking and 5 minutes trail running (#4 trail). Took off the ankle compression/arch supports and the right ankle actually did better that way. The knee felt better with a 5 minute bike ride afterwards. Also- about an hour moving heavy boxes and such.

Still 170 lbs for deadlifts and sumo deadlifts, and 80 for squats, calf raises, and hip thrusts. Remembered abs.
