Tuesday Running Hills (25 minutes)

Just trying to fit in some extra workouts. Plus, one hour of grocery shopping with a 5 yr old.

Monday Swimming/HIIT Workout (30 minutes)

10 laps normal pace, 4 HIIT pace laps mixed with 5 slow pace laps. 2 of the HIIT laps were backstroke this time and 2 were freestyle.

Monday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (55 minutes)

Did bicep curls, yoga, granby and sit out practices, but skipped abs. 

Also- shopping for an hour.

Saturday Trail Running/Walking (1 Hour)

5-6 intervals of 5 minutes each (running) mixed with walking. Nice soft trail. Mud, but not slippery mud. Also, sunny. Perfect!

Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (50 minutes)

Skipped abs and yoga at the end due to time constraints.

Thursday MA Class (2 hours)

Remembered abs, yoga, and bicep curls. Also practiced granby rolls and technical sit outs between sets.

Ran hills 5 times, walked back down.

Tuesday Swimming (45 minutes)

10 laps freestyle, 2 laps backstroke, 10 laps freestyle, 2 laps backstroke, 11 laps backstroke. (35 laps = 1 mile)

Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (65 minutes)

Took it slow because I'm still sore from class last night. Did bicep curls and yoga, but skipped abs.

Thursday MA Class (2 hours)

Drilling for an hour, and then rolling for about 45 minutes, then hard drills the last 10 minutes. Worked on guard passing with knee between the legs and leg on the bicep with the hand on the wrist.

Wednesday Running HIlls (25 minutes)

Cross country trail. Pretty much ran the whole time. 20 degrees.

Also- 45 minutes of shoveling snow and throwing down salt. 

Also- spent an hour cleaning out dressers and closets

Remembered abs. Did the yoga. Added bicep curls back in.

Thursday MA Class (2 hours)

Easy drilling first hour. Hard rolling second hour. Lasted a 8-9 minute round with RG who is very strong and athletic, so that was my win for the night. Worked on Americana to arm bar to short arm scissors. Also beef wellington from standing to arm bar/short arm scissor.
