Thursday Biking 45 minutes

I got to bike in the prequel to a thunderstorm, which was a little too exciting maybe. I only got rained on for 2-3 minutes though. So much fun!

Tuesday Running 45 minutes ( 3 3/4 mile)

I added a BIG hill, which I think added 1/4 of a mile to the run? I'm trying to load up on protein and build some muscle this week, so I added the hill for extra strength training.

JM with 10 lb weights and the extras. The area under my right arm is still making push ups really difficult! Plus, I was tired today and did not feel like working out :P Heat maybe? Or Monday blahs?

Tuesday JM 30DS Lvl 2 + Extras (35 minutes)

I decided to do JM without watching Dexter on Netflix. Dexter has been a guilty pleasure of mine while I do JM, and I felt better today for NOT watching it. I guess I don't need the guilt of a guilty pleasure?

Also- one hour of weeding broken up over two 1/2 hour sessions. Since when did I get so busy I can't even weed for an hour straight anymore?

40 minutes on trail and 20 minutes on paved. My "strength" workout for Tues and Wed was car repairs (mostly Tues) and taking the kids to the zoo on Wed. (while pushing the double stroller).

20 minutes on the paved trail around the gardens at SIUE and 40 minutes on a dirt trail. It was an evening run, so I kept expecting the horseflies to show up and chase me, but they never did! Yay for a breezy horseflie free run.

Wednesday Swimming 55 minutes

I swam a mile first in 48 minutes (10 laps freestyle, 4 laps back stroke, 5 laps freestyle, 6 laps back stroke, 10 laps freestyle) and then did kick board work with flippers after that.

Friday Kickboxing/Boxing+ JM 30DS Lvl 2 (45 minutes)

I beat the crap out of B.O.B. for 22 minutes and then jumped right into JM for strength (with 10 lb weights). I have never had that much trouble finishing a JM workout. That was a hard workout!
