Skipped hip thrusts and sumo dead lifts because of 90 minutes working in the yard with the big shovel. Did the abs and yoga at the end though

Worked knee on belly drills and head to mat jump over leg drills. Also worked straight ankle lock from guard pass

30 minutes drilling half guard escapes. Drive hand under or throw hand over, put hip to the ground, knee slide out. 1 hour rolling with lots of blue belts
