Ran 25 minutes with T in the running stroller and ran a practice 5K with my 10 yr old. Plus 2 more hours of yard work.

Tuesday Running/Walking (35 minutes)

While pushing the jogging stroller. 25 minutes running, 10 minutes walking. Plus THREE HOURS of yard work. Tired now ;)

Monday Strength Workout 50 minutes

I can almost do a real pull up! I upped from 6 assisted pull ups per set to 8 per set. I'm hoping that will tip me over the edge into real pull ups.

Thursday Running/Walking (40 minutes)

Running 25 minutes, walking 15 minutes, while pushing the jogging stroller

Wed Strength Workout 45 minutes

6 sets of 6 australian pull ups, alternated with 6 sets of 10 push ups. 3 sets of chair dips/calf raises. 3 sets of side, front, and two back kinds of leg lifts. Also, 5 minutes of ab work.
