Worked out twice today because I had to take a few days off to work on the yard and not feeling well yesterday

Skipped pull ups and yoga due to left shoulder hurting and time constraints

 Covered passing the guard when they have bottom half guard

 I also did lifting last Wednesday, but forgot to post it, then went a waterpark for 4 hours on Thursday and had to take a few days off after that

Tuesday Gi BJJ (90 minutes)

 Drilling far side cradle to mount, far side cradle to near side cradle, and then far side cradle to back take. Also did situational sparring from cradle until I dislocated Justin's shoulder :O

Monday Biking (1 hour)

 Was feeling a little off, so decided to put off training BJJ until tomorrow. I also fell off my bike at one point and hurt my right hand, so not sure biking was a good option when I'm feeling "wobbly"

 Skipped single romanian dead lifts, hand weights, and pull ups and went faster with the other lifts (also pretty sure I skipped the military press/front squat set on wednesday, so did 4 of those instead of 3)

1 hour drilling guard passing from closed guard. Head up, butt down
