Wednesday Power lifting (50 minutes)

 I skipped body weight training, abs, and hip thrusts. Did all other lifts much faster than usual.

Tuesday Hill Sprints/Mountain Biking (40 minutes)

 15 minutes hill sprints on the bigger hill, then 25 minutes on the cross country trail with my bike right after that. I thought it might help my knees, but they are both swollen again.

 Took a little longer because I was trudging into the forest between sprints to check on the 10 yr old. We saw a black snake and a crawfish though, so that was cool

 Got the second dose of the C-vaccine, so took it slow, but did everything except push ups
