Friday Strength Workout (30-35 minutes)
Added some butt lifts (single leg with one leg over the other for more weight resistance) to my Friday strength workouts. Also remembered abs!

australian pull ups, over and under, 6 sets with 6 sets of push ups. Calf raises, chair dips, and butt lifts (for glute work). Also, remembered abs!
