1 hour drilling foot locks from side control to leg up foot lock. Also drilled stripper pole knee bar from de la riva guard (when someone has you in de la riva).
Basically it was like an open mat/class hybrid that they do on Friday nights
Also, taught kindergarten with two behavior kids giving me trouble all day
Skipped single leg romanian dead lifts, pull ups and 20 lbs hand weights because pressed for time
1 hour drilling from smashed down double unders with head pressure to arm tie up, to head twist thing (babcock tie and babcock tie throw?). Also, worked 1/2 butterfly to basing out, to 4-11 position
Also- taught self defense to the YW last night with WK as my "martial arts dummy"
Still have a cold, but trying to work my way back.
Also, only got 40 instead of 30 because I was going to try to rescue a dying baby racoon. It was bleeding from its eyes when I circled back though, so I knew it had end stage rabies
Skipped hand weights, abs, and yoga.
Also- still teaching kindergarten with all the running around that entails
Still doing "good mornings" to warm up, they seems to be helping with the back problems. Added dead lifts back in as well.
Rolled with Jared, Christian, Jacob, Michael, Mark, and Jonathan 3 times each. 1st time was takedowns, 2nd time sweeps, and third time was open rolls
