Friday Swimming HIIT Workout (27 minutes)

 8 HIIT laps followed by 30 minutes hard swim play with kids

Thursday Nogi (90 minutes)

 Drilled back control- get your head under their head!!! Worked on trapping the arm from back control with possible switch to arm bar, then reverse triangle, then dirty triangle. Also worked on chair sit from technical mount. Worked with turtle to crucifix entry at the end

Drilled 1 hour and rolled 30-40 minutes

Wednesday Trail Running (30 minutes)

1/2 on CC trail and 1/2 on gravel trail.  Plus 5 minutes warm up and 5 minutes cool down

Wednsday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 1/2 hours)

 Skipped pull ups/push ups

 Had to work out twice today because I got sick off something with soy in it yesterday (allergic to soy)

Friday Nogi Open Mat (1 hour)

 Rolled with the same 5 guys over and over because not many people there. Most times with CK (big tall guy who lost some weight, so I was able to hip toss him from my knees 8 times!)
