Thursday Running 40 minutes (while pushing the jogging stroller)

I skipped exercise yesterday due to feeling BLAH. It was cold, but I found a thick blanket/quilt thing I had made to keep the baby toasty warm.

ETA- also deep cleaned kitchen for an hour and marched in a parade for an hour while V played in the marching band.

Monday Biking (with bike trailer) 35 minutes

30-35 minutes. I just wanted to enjoy the beautiful day some more!

Monday JM 30DS LVL 2 + running in place (35 minutes)

I had to run in place for awhile because I'm still doing JM on utube and it took awhile to load again in the middle area. I ended up having to re-load the whole page. I wanted to keep my heart rate up though.

Friday JM 30 Day Shred lvl 2 (30 minutes)

I did JM with 10 lb weights. I had to do high knees for awhile because it was slow to load from youtube today. I still have not found my JM DVD. I also hiked in the woods with 4 kids for over an hour. 20 minutes of that was hiking at top speed while holding a toddler at the same time in a sling. That was hard! It was a gorgeous fall day today though and the kids were off school to boot.

Thursday Running + Push ups (40 minutes)

I was pushing the jogging stroller and I did 5 sets of ten push ups (on the paved part of the trail this time since the grass was too wet).
