Saturday Biking (45 minutes)

RESISTANCE! Found a way to up the resistance on the blue bike again to make it more useful. The higher resistance seems to be helpful in making my knee feel better. 

Also- an hour of light yard work.

Friday Swimming HIIT Workout (20 minutes)

5 minute warm up. 4 laps freestyle full force swimming and 4 rest laps backstroke resting laps.

Friday Strength Workout (45 minutes)

Remembered abs. Put regular squats back in, just took it easy.

Sparring last 1/2 hour. Also, 3 hour field trip with the youngest.

5 minutes breast stroke warm up, 3 sprint laps freestyle, 6 backstroke laps resting laps.

Wednesday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (45 minutes)

Remembered abs. Skipped squats and hack squats.

1 mile again! Definitely a fast swim too. Also, an hour or so of grocery shopping.
