Monday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (40 minutes)
Did all the heavy lifts- added 20 lbs to my back squats and 20 lbs to hip thrusts. Still at 120lbs for dead lifts and sumo dead lifts until the weights come in (with hexbar)

Friday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (90 minutes)
Increased my back squats to 140lbs. Used the hex bar for the first time at 120lbs for deadlifts and sumo dead lifts. Will most likely add 50 lbs on Monday. Skipped rolls and abs.

Wednesday Gi Class (1 hour 50 minutes)
Pummeling for inside position for leg locks, to ashi garame, then double outside ashi, then knee reap, then triangle the legs, then hook the legs for a knee knot. Knee not to heel hook- but all positions can do a heel hook.

Tuesday No Gi Class (2 hours)
1 hour drilling, 1 hour rolling. Worked on hip tosses, lateral drops, and over under throw from the over under position
