Monday Strength Workout 25 minutes (LATER) Running 35 minutes (2 1/2 miles with one BIG hill)

I did the strength workout earlier in the day. 15 minutes abs (standing abs + floor work with 100 crunches included) and 10 minutes arms with 10lb free weights.

Running- The big hill was kicking my butt today. I also did 3 minutes of shoeless running.
