Saturday Trail Running 55 minutes

On the HARD trail. Woot! I got to try out my new Altra Eves barefoot style running shoe. I ruined my vibrams in the wash right after I sprained my toe. The Eves were awesome! I also did 5 push up sets every 5 minutes until got up to THIRTY push ups. I think I might integrate push ups into my trail running workout to get my "third" strength workout each week. I'm having no luck getting a third one in other ways :P
