Monday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 hours)

 Skipped hip thrusts and chest presses to give my right shoulder a rest and I pooped out towards the end.

Also- working on staining and polyurethaning the upstairs floor for several hours over Satrurday, Sunday, and today

 Also- yard work for over an hour making a new strawberry bed
