Wednesday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 1/2 hours)

 Skipped pull ups/push ups and chest presses. 

Did something new with standard dead lifts- started out with 5 reps of 70lbs, then 5 reps of 130 lbs, then 5 reps of 200 lbs. Felt like a better warm up and  might keep it up for a bit

 Also did more walking and on my feet for teaching today, was worn out after school and could not rally until later in the night for the lifting workout
