Saturday Gi Training/Women's workshop (2 hours)

 Worked on blocking the bicep when guard is passed, then knee in, then leg over to block the bicep with the top leg. Then, both legs on the bicep, switch to spider guard/lasso guard. Then pull them in with lasso, shoot the leg through, grab the upper shoulder, and triangle choke them. To block the stack pass on the triangle, grab the hand on the mat with all 4 fingers, while squeezing the legs really tight.
