Thursday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (2 1/2 hours)

 Went from 17lbs to 22lbs for bicep curls, forearm curls, and single arm shoulder presses (all the stuff I do with hand weights). Still doing static hand stands held for 10 seconds 3 times instead of push ups, and alternating with knee in band pull ups
