Tuesday Lifting/Bodyweight Training (1 hour)

 Just did main big lifts because I was on my feet a lot today and I'm freaking sore from everything I've been doing the last few days 

(dead lifts, sumo dead lifts, calf raises, stair push ups, back squats, bicep curls, military presses, and front squats)
