Saturday Strength Workout (40 minutes)

Added back in hack squats. Side still hurting some, so skipped abs. Too rainy to  bike today :( Maybe yoga later though.

Getting better at the biking. Still have a pain in my left side that I think is a ligament torn. I might have to avoid my strength workouts for awhile.
