Saturday Running 40 minutes (2 1/2 miles) Walking 20 minutes

I was so slow tonight! I wanted to run 3, but I could only pull off 2 1/2 and I was slow to boot! 14 hours of driving yesterday must have taken it out of me.

Vacation workouts- Ran 45 minutes Monday and Wednesday while visiting my sister and her new baby in Virginia. Wednesday was hills, and so much fun!
